can dial out to number, but i can't hear the called one and called can't hear me.

Can't hear caller
Having similar problem - but callers CAN hear me, I just can't hear them.
When I call out, I get one ring...sometimes I hear them say "hello", and then nothing. They can still hear me. Phone rings for incoming calls, but when I answer I don't hear them even though they hear me.
I have MJ+, have spent 7 hours with live chat with 5 different people...reconfigured everything on computer and router, did upgrade 2x, nothing made a bit of difference. Tried connection direct to computer and through router, have used cordless phone and corded phone. Service worked fine from end of January to March 10, then began having these problems. HOWEVER...it works when we go to a friend's house and connect to a different wi-fi router.
