MagicJack does not work with USB3 connection

magicJack works better with a 2.0 port, when magicJack was released 2008 the USB port type that time was 2.0.

This is correct, but it took me a lot of time to figure out why my MagicJack does not work with my new computer.
MagicJack technical support could not find the problem either.
