Been trying to bring up MJ live chat and get no were .. anyone else ?

Just tried and got into chat with a rep right away. In the past it has taken me a while to get in, but not this time.

Thought it would be a good chance to see if they have changed their answer about an annual fee for porting. Was told it's still $9.99 a year.

Strange as I went to there main web site and clicked on live chat and it comes up with a black box .. strange ..

You can. But I think he has something else going on.

Now that I'm basically using the GVJack App program, I haven't logged into my account in weeks. I went into customer chat through their main website at the bottom of the page.

oh.... I assure you ... MagicJack Live Support is up and running... they are still useless though. They managed to talk circles as usual Tuesday night when I was doing a renewal on a Canadian phone# and had questions.

Check your java if the chat box does not appear. and let me suggest that you don't go looking for live support on sunday's you will have a hard time getting an agent to assist you. Why?! because almost half of the agents are on their off.

Tnx for all the info -- found that IDM for some reason was blocking
it .. spent 2 hr's with "dead chat" and nothing new abt dropped calls
I have a wrt54g with DD-WRT Firmware and these dead chat people
can not understand .. and after 2 hr's of try this and this .. they wore me out.

I am not getting much more outta my Duo -- so both are not that good

it might be your internet connection or a setting in your router.

Not my internet speed test 21.99/2.10 - and with DD-WRT I hve not seen
any post's on this .. at least with nettalk they can go in and change settings
and this I like abt nettalk . except still got same problem .. gotta try another
phone for GP and see hw that goes .. got to much RF in this house - need a 12 gig phone ((
