outgoing call from iphone

My magic jack was perfectly working on my I-phone 4, recently I found when I receive call its all right but when I send a call I can hear but other side can't. I tried with everything , restart, re installing apps, talked with custmer support- no improvement. My magic jack, same number, on pc is working good. If anyone has this solution then it will much appreciate

Are you calling on 3G or WiFi ?

Try WiFi only see if that works.

I'm now having the same problem. I bet MJ did another stupid change that screws up everthing!!!

My party cannot hear me

When I place a call with MagicJack on my iphone, most of the time, my party cannot hear me. Everything is fine if I place a call through Bell with this same iphone. :(

Try to check the MJ dial pad on your iPhone and make sure it's set to Normal and NOT to AirCard setting.

I got the same problem here.. I used to use the iPhone app normally.. Now when I call a number I hear him but he doesn't hear me!!!
Please solve this!!
