Presently I am sharing internet access via Wifi with a neighbor. I am using the MJ+ via USB in my netbook, which defeats the point of having the MJ+.
Any suggestions on how to connect the MJ+ via Wifi using something like a Linksys wrt150n router.
Presently getting a direct hardwired access to the internet at my location is limited.

Thanks, Guys,
Sorry for the slow reply just arrived back from the UK and very jet lagged.
Well thanks for the info, you learn something new every day. I am now researching DD-WRT and have purchased a Netgear as backup before I try DD-WRT upgrade to my old Linksys wireless router.
Will let everybody know how it turns out.

Well the update:-
Thanks to Lazerjobs and the suggestion on DD-WRT, I upgraded my old unused Linksys 150n router to DD-WRT software. A lot of reading and watching youtube video instruction but eventually the router became stand alone wifi receiver with 4 Ethernet outputs. I needed this as I connected both my MJ+ and my old Nettalk into the router and they both are running fine without conflict.
Also as a backup I purchased a Netgear WN2000rpt range extender as I was not sure if the dd-wrt mode would work or if I made a mistake turn the router into a brick.
So happily the above works for those that want to run MJ+ without direct internet access.

MagicJack Plus w/ IOGEAR wireless router GWU627; what range?
I very much appreciate the mention of that IOGEAR item. While I'm still using a 2008 MJ Generation 1 in a hardwired application, the MJ softphone won't load in a wireless situation (cafe, library, Starbucks, etc).
I have a user-promo MJ+ I haven't registered yet, and I'm thinking that IOGEAR GWU627 might be a good wireless solution, especially since the Amazon.com description mentions its option to receive power from a USB connection. (Yes, I have a fresh hi-capacity battery on order for my wireless-capable XP laptop.)
Has anyone tested the range on that IOGEAR GWU627? (I've seen where some RV'ers have resorted to longer range TP-Link models or Ubiquiti models, but I'm not sure I need that much range.) Basically, would the IOGEAR model let me sit in my truck outside of my local library after it closes and continue my project (making MJ+ calls) via their free wifi? Or am I somehow unclear on the concept?

Restart the firewall
winxp home, Teracom adsl wifi router...
I tried, forwarding ports, dmz etc for hrs, crossing my fingers and hoping to hear the dialtone but nothing worked... so finally I decided to remove all these settings in the magicjack account and on my router and start fresh...
I just disabled my computers firewall and it started working! and I reenabled it and it still works, even when I turned everything off and restarted, it still works...
so try that...
