I need Neoware help!

[A-TRAIN]

I can't get any of the images to install. I have an E90 with 500mb upgraded ram and 1gb flash. I get an error when it's supposed to be writing to the flash and the following error when I try to start from hdd0 or 1:

Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt: <windows root>\system32\hal.dll
Please re-install a copy of the above file

Any clue on how to proceed?
