mj+ started working only plugged into computer

my mj+ worked ok for a month plugged into my router. then started dropping a call now and then. now will only work plugged into my computer. plugged into my router my panasonic phone says check telephone line . i'm thinking it's the power adapter for the usb. can i just get that and where?

Do you see the lights flicker when pluged into A/C and the router ? = if u do then not USB Con .. when my MJ plus goes out to lunch I delete the firmware and re-load it ..

Run this program with MJ NOT con to your computer - then after running plug MJ in and it should say LUCKY U - ETC - see if this helps .. check and make sure this program does not add crap to ur computer ..
