bought a mjplus from another person

i chat with mj and they advised me that i cannot use the mjplus because the old person account is on this mj and the acc is deactivated. told me that i have to buy another mj for over 60 buks.
what other options that i have , if any.
i did email the person that i bought it from and she supposed to get back with me. help.
oh i forgot, i do have the old mj, and exsisting account with a active number ... just wnt to not be restricted to the pc again , with the number of problems that have. ugh

Buying a used and registered MJ device from someone else is actually not a big deal as long as the previous owner provided you the information/loging he/she used during the registration of the device to avoid any future problems. Practically speaking, it's the best idea but technically speaking, I couldn't recommend this option...
