My Account has been deactivated for the second time..

I have taken for 5 years subscription twice. “The second time on the second MJ” I have used it 90 minutes a day ONE Number. Sure I have weekends I would use it 3*90 minutes a day. It says that it has been deactivated. I am using a MAC Apple, maybe this is a problem? I have chatted with Support and I was told I'm under investigation?? I think I have been Hijacked or something.. I’m would Like to talk to a live person... Help Please

@ Willie,

You may refer to the MJ's Terms of Service: www.magicJack.com/TOS and read article number 6...

Under 6. Proper Use it says "If magicJack sees excessive use, including but not limited to, a customer whose usage is twenty (20) times more than the average magicJack's customer's usage, or a customer who calls more than 50 different telephone numbers per day, or systematic or intentional misuse, it reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate your use of the magicJack device and/or Software immediately, and you will not be entitled to get a refund of any licensing fee or any other fee you may have paid to us. We reserve the right to reclaim any telephone number that does not make a call for a consecutive 90 days. In the event we reclaim a phone number and your software license is still active, you may choose another phone number."

But I only had called 1 number, and the average of 90 minutes a day..??

I Was told Excessive use.. not true...

It’s been 2 months now when I first reported this problem and no answer..

My MagicJack same problem I’m still waiting, it’s been 9 months no answer..

Calling a phone number and spending 90 minutes for the conversation is not using regularly. For $29.95 free calls for US and Canada there has to be rules that to be followed

Of course they screwed you out of a 5 year plan money ...

Maybe so, though I was never warned about violating, and it’s not written anywhere.. I should have gotten a warning at least...

It's free calls within US and Canada using your MJ device. It's not Unlimited nor abusive usage...peace...
