registering Magic Jack plus

I have tried unplugging it and plugging it into other USB ports.
I have uninstalled it and disabled my firewalls and cookies too.
still won't load to the register page.

some one plz help.

homlo6 I would try the chat/help, if that doesn't work, return it before the 30 days are up, and order another one. Or try to register on a friends computer.
