With my old MJ I had a list of all calls, incoming and outgoing.
As of 11 July, when I installed my new MJ+ no incoming or outgoing calls are being listed in the log --- except for 2 calls I made to Norway(????).
I have made several Canadian and 2 calls to UK and others to Norway and have had several calls from Canada ... none of these go onto the log.
Any help or suggestions ?

By the way;
except for the above, I'm VERY happy with my MJ+ compared to the old MJ which I honestly also have been happy with since I got it about 5 years ago.
The new + is very loud when I talk / listen, I had zero problems installing it to replace the original, international minutes and years were transferred together with my ph. number.

The call log will only be displayed if you are plugged into a computer. If you are plugged into the router, you have to use your phone system features.

Log in at my.magicjack.com.

Pull down from the 'Accounts' tab to 'Contacts and Call Logs'
Click 'Show Call Logs' for the device name in question.
Does this give you what you're looking for?

@greenman, That is helpful info, but it only shows the calls dialed and received if you have the MJ plugged into the computer.
