Can't call 972 area code

Calls keep dropping as soon as the other end picks up the phone.
We have tried with the device directly connected to the router , and PC via WiFi...Any suggestion ?

Calls to other area codes seemed to be dropping also but less frequently.

I wonder if there is a problem with the MJ and the 972 area code, as my magicjack plus started losing dial tone two days ago (on the 24th) and I have a 972 are code phone number for my MJ.

I had this problem with calls in my local area code too. Calls would just drop within the 706 area code for no apparent reason -- especially my neighbors in the same city. It resolved after a couple months. I updated to the latest version of the lucky you update. That seemed to clear it up.
