I upgraded from MJ to MJ plus and connected the Plus directly into my router. Now I don't get the MJ App screen that shows my incoming and outgoing call history that I got with my old MJ.
That was a "nice to have". Any suggestions other than plugging MJ plus into my computer USB port.

Re: recent upgrade from MJ to MJ plus
Since that "app" is software based and needs an OS ( I.E, Windows, Apple OS etc) it can not work, will not work with your MJ plugged into your router.bernie82 wrote:I upgraded from MJ to MJ plus and connected the Plus directly into my router. So unless someone writes an "app" which can see your router through your MJ??? Nope...

Bernie. you have a MJ userid (or should). After you log in, you'll see an accounts tab. Mouse-over the tab and you'll see a drop-down list with an entry for "contacts and call logs. If you click on that, you will be able to view or download either your contacts or call logs. They end up in a .csv file for excel and contain four columns:
Number Direction Time Duration
Direction is either dialled or received.
Time is the date and time of the connection.
Duration is in hours, minutes and seconds.
