magic jack too many credit cards

how do i erased the information on the magic jack , its telling me i got too many credit card in the system .

I have the same problem - too many creditcard nos. listed, - that is listed on what I believe is the "old" site, but still comes up for me to choose from when trying to make a payment. can't see the full no. so I don't know which one to pick. Tried with "(bad)-customer service" chat several times, was told OK now! - but old nos. never ever were ok / deleted. So there is no way you can do that yourself, and no-one can help you help yourself.

You have to learn to live with it.................

??? I've had *no* problems deleting credit cards on my MJ account online. Just to play it safe, I first made sure that I turned OFF automatic renewal for each MJ number, then I deleted the credit card on file. Can always add one when the time arrives. No need to have more than 1 card on file at any given point in time.

Simply log in to www.my.magicjack.com, once logged in click on Account then click on Manage Payment information then click on Delete Credit card.

NO!
This is not were the LOOOOONG list of "old" card numbers are listed - could be from "old" MJ site, don't know. I have about 10-15 cr.card numbers/addresses listed - can't delete them, even MJ "tech" /(no)-help "no-service desk" can delete/remove them - I have tried with several Basic Helpers and "High Level Super Helpers" during hours and hours of "live chats" LOL

Old lists of cards on your account can be deleted.. Simply log in to www.my.magicjack.com, once logged in click on Account then click on Manage Payment information then click on Delete Credit card.

Did you read my post above yours (you just repeat the same as in post before mine........) ?
It does not work this way - what you are talking about is the N E W page, I'm talking about cr.cards from the O L D page...!! Get it ?
The cards from O L D a/c can not be deleted by me and obviously not even by "the top 10 specialists" at MJ - they have tried several; times, again and again and again.
Get it?
