Magicjack reset
hi is there any way where i can reset my magicjack and add a new account . cause i want to delete the current account in my magicjack and put a new account in it thanks

To uninstall your magicJack, please go to control panel and remove it from the list of currently installed programs.
Windows XP
Click Start, click Control Panel, and then double-click Add or Remove Programs.
In the Currently installed programs box, click magicJack, and then click Remove.
If you are prompted to confirm the removal of the program, click Yes.
Windows Vista/Windows 7
Click Start, click Control Panel, click Programs, and click Programs and Features.
In the Currently installed programs box, select magicJack, and then click Uninstall.
If you are prompted to confirm the removal of the program, click Yes.
To reinstall your magicJack, simply plug it back in and it will automatically reinstall.

"wisconsinatra" - You can *try* asking your neighbor to start a MJ live "help chat" and see if they can reset her password etc. But she'll have to prove his/her identity to them, and it's not guaranteed that they'll be able to do it. This is a security measure to ensure that stolen MJ devices can NOT be reused by others, and to help ensure that only the legitimate owners of the device and its associated MJ account can use/access it.
