Soft phone not available!

Newb, researched forum but could not find in less than like 24hrs of research, lots of material here!!!

issue follows:

MJ +, installed activated and working (plugged in router, cordless phone, set of 2).

I cannot seem to work with the soft phone (admin purposes etc...) as the system believes I have no MJ and the window to sell me one keeps blanking the soft phone. Closing that window also closes the soft phone!!!

Should I replug the MJ+ module into my PC (Windows 7, 64 bit), and then do what??

As I undertand it, Magic block will not help in this instance (i want to SEE the soft phone)

I may have clicked that I would use it into the USB port during the install...How do I correct that if indeed the issue.

One can ONLY use the MJ softphone with the MJ Plus plugged into your PC's USB port. If it is plugged into your Router your PC O.S can not see it, therefore the softphone has no way to interact with your MJ....
