Firmware Updates are not always Automatic

In some cases you have to plug the magic jack directly into the PC Manually to update the firmware.

MJ Live Chat Rep gave me a link to download a setup file.
Link: upgrades.magicjack.com/upgrade/magicJackSetup.exe

To run the upgrade:

Plug your magicJack in and click the link to run the upgrade.
On the dialogue that appears, click run.

Make sure that the magicJack is plugged in while you are running the upgrade.

Hard to find though if you ask me.
