Magic Jack will not load contacts?

I dont know exactly which site I found this on but it will work if it seems to be loadin and all is well, then you have to sign into your account and it all goes to hell.............http://upgrades.magicjack.com/upgrade/m ... kSetup.exe use this add..........unplug Magic first, and when the screen comes up askin you to log in? Then plug in Magic Jack, you should see a screen to tell you to Run the magic jack set up.............
