Toll free local number for making international call?

I added $10.00 credit for International calls and also have registered my mobile number (start with 1-224-425-****) as an alternative telephone number.

The information mentioned in the website is "For placing an international call from another registered number please dial 1-305-848-9999 from that phone number."

Now when i make a call from my cell phone to an international number by first dialling 1-305-848-9999 followed by international number. My cell phone get charged for local call to 1-305-848-9999 for the entire conversation time.

So is there any alternative toll free number in place of 1-305-848-9999 so that my cell phone does get the local charge.

Note: Alternate to this is using the Magicjack phone. But i want to use my cell phone to make calls.
