I suggest that you go back to the web and make sure that it is "checked" on in your personal setups.

The same thing just happened to me. I checked and and the proper options are on for this. It worked fine this morning, but recently, two calls came in, both said they left voicemail, but neither came to my email. Odd.

UPDATE: One voicemail did eventually come to my email......4 hours later. I'm still waiting for the other one.
