Can Magicjack Plus be set to send busy signal?

If MagicJack Plus already has a call when another party calls, can it be set to ring busy?

I know of no way to turn off call waiting. But it's really no big deal either; in fact, if I remember correctly you can establish a different outgoing message for when you're already on the phone than for when you're not. The call waiting beeps - audible only to you - only last for as long as you've set your voicemail delay for.
