Caller gets cut off at 15 minutes.

Using MagicJack Plus. Not a new problem but just getting around to investigating - when someone calls me, at 15 minutes I can no longer hear the caller, but the caller can hear me. This necessitates placing the call again to continue. Any suggestions?

Was it plugged into the computer or router?

If its plugged into the router, try to test it into the computer
