Trying call a second time

Sometimes when I dial out the other person will pick up, and everything will be fine for about 24 seconds. Then the magicjack will try the number again. This cuts the call. Eventually magicjack will then hang up. It is very hit and mis with this problem. I can call a number and it won't do it then I call the same number a few minutes later and it does it. Sometimes it will do it the first time and I'll try again and it won't do it. Sometimes I can restart the computer and it will work agian sometimes it does the same thing after I start the computer. It is very anoying, and the magicJack help chat is no help.

Same thing. The odd thing is that it doesn't do it all the time, or for all numbers. I can call one doctor's office and it will hang up on them. While my parents house will go through fine. I can call them one after the other. Doctor's office-hang up on them, parent house-works fine, Doctor's office- hangs up on them. It makes no sense to me.

It's either a problem within your pc or software, or you've got some sort of weirdly defective mj device. I suspect the former.

A new update. I've been using the app to bypass the funky things the mJ on the computer has been doing. However, the app is starting to hang up on people too!

That would take a long time. Besides I'm pretty certain that it isn't my computer as the app on my iPod will do the exact same thing that the phone plugged into my computer will do.
