Incoming calls don't ring....go immediately to MJ Plus

My incoming calls aren't ringing through anymore. Instead, incoming calls are immediately intercepted with the MJ Plus answering/message function. This just started today.

Debbie,
Before we to too much troubleshooting.
Have you checked your MJ login page to make sure that
incoming and outgoing calls are checked as on?
And that the ringers are turned on on the phone?
