my magic jack working fine on PC but not working on landline

my magic jack plus is working fine with my pc, but when i use it without a PC ie plug it into a phone, it always give me this message "Please wait Please wait error 23 check your internet connection or visit magicjack.com" its not giving me a proper dial tone, although my internet is working fine so are my other components. are there any router configurations to be made to use it on a phone seperately??

While waiting for someone to possibly respond directly to your question, I suggest you search this site for potential solutions - this issue has been responded to with solutions many, many times. It's specific to the MJ+, of course.
