disconnects after 6 minutes and 11 seconds - and more

I have 2 problems with this MJ.

first, it always seems to hang up after 6 minutes and 11 seconds.

second, when certain people call, I can't hear them but they can hear me. If I hang up and call them back, I can hear them just fine.

any ideas?

Exactly six minutes and eleven seconds every time? That's pretty odd. It sounds like you might have to talk with chat support.

Do you have DSL or cable?
