Forwarded call won't pick up

Gurus,

I have MJ at the office set up to forward to my cell via the MJ app. When a call comes to my cell, and I try to answer, nothing happens. I have chatted with support, and they reset a few things on their end, and I have tried numerous different settings on my end.

Anyone else have this problem?

Seems to have happened after update to OS 7 maybe/

Iphone running latest OS. 7.0.3
