No Route Found

Hello; using MJ plus for about 6 months. No issues until this week, some numbers dialed get response "NO ROUTE FOUND". Also, some incoming calls not coming thru, caller gets a fast busy signal.

MJ support had me do several things none worked,
such as MJ update(which I already had done), adding websites to be allowed to restricted sites in internet options(no idea what this was supposed to accomplish), several reboots, and adding MJ port numbers to windows firewall

now they are telling me their engineers are working on this and I will get a email when they find a fix.

Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have a Canadian or a US ph.# ?

Are the "problem numbers" CA or US numbers?

the problem numbers "were" Canadian.

the problem has resolved itself, how, why, I don't know.
