Incoming calls drop after 3 sec

Greetings to the community.
About a week ago I noticed that when I call my home telephone (MJ+) the call recipient stops hearing me after approx 3 sec. I upgraded firmware that was downloaded from MJ site - no result. Tech. support, however useless was unavailable - I spent approx 30 min waiting for someone to answer.
I would appreciate any help.

An update: I finally got through to an MJ technical support "genius". He told me that they are aware of the CID and one way communication issues and suggested to plug the MJ into the computer (which I used to do before upgrading to MJ +) and to "kindly extend my patience, while they are working to resolve said issue (no time frame, however). So, I guess, I've no choice but wait...

I experienced the same thing apprx 10 days ago. Tech support did some kind of reset on their end and had me unplug my Magic Jack + for apprx. 20 seconds. This corrected the prob for 2 days, now I am back to dropping calls. I will be contacting them again tonight. Will post the results.

I was seeing these problems too. If you haven't yet, try forcing an upgrade with the appropriate update software from this mj link.
