1) MJP no longer worked connected to router
2) MJP worked when directly connected to my computer USB

I can confirm that I have received the free replacement power adaptor today in the mail. Even though the iPhone power adaptor worked as well I guess I felt the need to try and get original replacement parts. I'm satisfied so I'll be sending the broken power adaptor back to MJ. It'll probably cost about $2.50 in first class postage envelope but I considered it was worth it.

You may consider sending it Registered Mail, too make sure they get it ..?
Or maybe not...
Here is some information maybe others could use. First class mail rate was $2.32 which is the bare minimum. I chose to add tracking at an additional $1.05, so the total was $3.37 to return the dead power adaptor.
Not to beat a dead horse but I just wanted to ascertain that MJ received the dead power adaptor. Didn't want them automatically charging my credit card for the new power adaptor.
