How can I get rid of message saying time to renew

When I try to make a call I get a very annoying message to renew 30 days early.

This message interferes with calls where an extension number is needed and the calls are cut off.

Also interferes with voice mail options.

Why can't Magic Jack send me a email to renew instead not impressed.

Also I renewed my device for 5 years and some how I got ten years added which extended my credit card past the limit

I shut off auto renew but still get bogus pain in the but message I'm not impressed with Magic Jack I guess you get what you pay for.
