Been using the original Magicjack for 6 years, renewing each year. For a while we couldn't dial numbers in my own calling exchange: 641-472 ... 641-469 ... (southeast Iowa) That cleared up after a while and service has been generally quite good and reliable.
But yesterday the problem returned. This time, instead of just a busy signal or a disconnect, I hear a message that says "No Routes Found" when I dial a 641-472 number (a local call for me -- Windstream is the local carrier).
What happened Magicjack? Why have you reverted to your old tricks? I've been a loyal customoer for 6 years. Is this a permanent issue? Can customer service help?
