How to install windows 10 with magic jack?

i have tried without success to upgrade to windows10 could my magicjack plus be the problem, if so how can I get windows10 installed? EDIT I suppose I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem and what I should do is just unplug magicjack from my pc, it isn't plugged into my router then try again. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

I have no idea whether the MJ software is preventing the upgrade to W10 or not. Try uninstalling the MJ software and then attempt the upgrade to W10 again. Whether this works or not, the MJ software will automatically reinstall when you plug the MJ back into the PC. As an aside, is there some reason that you don't just plug the MJ into the router?

Thank you Bill I prefer pluging it in to my pc because I like to see the popup for calls when I plugged it into the router I couldn't get the popup.

No the MJ is not the issue. If you are trying to do upgrade using Windows Update, they have some issues to fix. Google the Media Creation Tool and use that to upgrade.
