I plan on purchasing MJ and want to know what is involved with porting my number from Verizon to MJ. When I order MJ online will I be asked if I want to port my number? Do I need to cancel my service with Verizon or is it done by MJ when they request the port? Any recent info would be greatly apprciated.
I suggest that you try the MJ before you terminate your existing number. If the MJ doesn't work the way you expect, you can return it. You can always port your number later. Verizon will probably cancel your account once you complete the port, but best to call them anyway to confirm.
