Losing first few seconds of phone call
I am losing the first 3-5 seconds of all incoming and outgoing phone calls. I have had Magicjack Plus for 5 years with no problems. This just started a few months ago. The Magicjack Plus device is connected directly to the router and problem occurs whether or not my computer is on. When I make an outgoing call, the first few seconds of the call are silent, so I don't hear the person answer the phone. Also, when I receive an incoming call, the first few seconds are silent, so I can't hear what the caller is saying and they don't hear me answer the call. I've tried unplugging the Magicjack device so that it reboots, but doesn't seem to help. Any suggestions?
