no one can hear me when I call out on my majicjack phone

when I call someone from my majicjack phone I can hear them but they cant hear me; now when an incoming call comes into my phone I can hear them and they can hear me..have tried rebooting routers, disconnecting/reconnecting majicjack but nothing works thus far

I'm having the same issue. Can someone please help. Also I'm using a laptop with Windows 10 if that makes a difference.
