Magic Jack cannot deploy file cdloader2.exe

This just started recently. When I boot up the PC I get a message from MJ that the file cannot be deployed because it's in use. The error code? at the bottom is cdloader2.exe

A possible solution:

1. unplug the MJ dongle

2. uninstall the MJ files; use an uninstaller program to make sure everything relating to MJ is removed

3. reboot the computer

4. reattach the MJ dongle

5. wait for the MJ software to reinstall

Hopefully this will take care of the problem. Please post your results.
