Starting to get concerned

Post by Pathfinder »

Even after perusing this Forum and seeing a lot of complaints I decided to try it out for myself. I ordered the MagicJack on Sundayy March 30th. It is now April 3rd and when I go to tracking I see this.

I hope I get it before my 30 days are up.

Give it some more time. The order I sent a few weeks ago to receive a magicJack that I plan to give as a gift to my Father took about 10 days to receive. My guess is sales are increasing as a result of the TV info ads magicJacks been running and it is taking more time to actually mail out the Jacks.

USPS never updates their site from the time they put that message up until it is delivered. I ship USPS priority and all my customers ever see is that message until it is received.... I would not worry. You should have in the next day or so.

You're right about USPS. It has left White Plains, NY. I live in Mount Vernon so I may see it tomorrow.

Received the Jack today. Plugged it in and after one false start it installed. Called my daughter on her cell and the transmission was as good or better than my landline.
I then called my brother in Georgia and the converstaion was so broken up we couldn't converse. I hung up and called him back and it was better than my cell.
It seems that the first call after a reboot or replugging in of the Jack is very broken up but all calls after that are fine.
If that is the case I will just call my landline when I reboot.
