I have done these tweaks on my TC and got rid of services that don't need to be running taken up resources and memory. I've even done some of these on my main computer, running a bunch faster!!

great info. I use Nlite software to take a full copy of Windows XP and cut it down to size, then i do as you suggest. It becomes a fast and light copy that runs perfect for Magic jack. Then i run this on a thin client with a 6gb micro drive.
