I'm new to the forum so I made sure to search before posting. No luck!
I recently installed MJ and had a few problems. It appears Symantec anti-virus/firewall was limiting incoming calls to 30 seconds. I switched anti-virus/firewall to McAffee and calls are no longer cut off at the 30 second mark.
HOWEVER, now I'm having problems receiving calls from Italy. The callers are getting a busy singal from my MJ. Perhaps the problem would be solved by installing MJ directly at the router? By the way, I've already flashed my linksys router (WRT54GL) with Tomato. Thoughts?
Greatly appreciated!

I assume these calls you speak of from Italy are from the same numbers that did work previously? If you think your router is the problem (I doubt it) try taking the router out and going direct from the modem. I found your 30 sec. call problem related to Symantec anti-virus/firewall interesting. I use Microsoft Security Essentials as my anti-virus program and have never had any problems with it and my MJ, plus MSE is a free real-time anti-virus program. I also use the real-time/pay version of Malwarebytes (has great IP blocker/blacklist) for more protection and have never had a problem with it working with the MJ either.
