When I place calls with my MJ, they're great, however when people call me it's garbled and crappy. I end up having to hang up and call back.
I'm using MJ over DSL through AT&T U-verse with a Uniden wired phone. Did the same thing when I was using my Panasonic wireless 2.4G phone, too.
Anyone have any suggestions?

I've had the same problem for several weeks now, and am about to jump ship. On incoming calls, they can hear me clearly, but what I hear is so distorted I can't understand a word. This is unacceptable. MJ tech support told me to change setting for BACKGROUND PROGRAMS PRIORITY, rather than the default foreground programs priority. This made no difference. I've decided to dump MJ and find a better voip service.
