Depending on your OS go into control panel and hardware and sound then manage Audio devices, Turn the slide bar up to 100% on the Tigerjet and you should hear fine. Mine is out of line for the past 6 weeks as im into other projects but you'll see what im talking about. can even do it easier from task bar but either way will work. 900MHZ phones IMO is not desired. On another note the " SEARCH FEATURE" is your info of wealth here. You just have to use it!

Control Panel > Sounds and Audio Devices > click on the "Voice" tab > in the "Voice Playback" window, select "USB Internet Phone by TigerJet", click on the "Volume" button and adjust slider all the way to the top. See if that helps.

MJ offers an Echo Test at 909-390-0003. You can see how you sound to others that way too.
