Some weird emails

So between VoIP My Way and Digital Offensive I been getting some weird emails.

1. On Digital Offensive:

Sender: I love your snort auto install script but it don't work.
ME: The script is over 5 years old and needs to be updated as many of the packages are no longer available.
Sender: Can you update it for me, i want to use it at work.
ME: You can pay me to.
Sender: Never mind.

2. On VoIP My Way

Sender: You are advertising free accounts but you dont offer a link to them.
ME: Have you checked the store?
Sender: They say out of stock.
ME: Then that answers your question.

3. On VoIP My Way

Sender: Why are you charging .01 cents
Me: To have customers verify using paypal instead of faxing 6 + pages of documents back to me.
Sender: I think you just want my CC.
ME: Paypal does not give me your CC.
Sender: Well I am too lazy
ME: Ok I deleted your order so you can remain lazy.

Man some people are just rude and sneaky.

What did i tell you since day ONE , I don't want to repeat it in open forum. But let's say for $1.00 for lifetime YOU'D still would get your balls broke

Yep i know you told me a thousand times and I still try to do it. It will eventually come down to it where I will have to make a decision to remove the free offering or deal with the constant complaining by a select few of them. For the most part the ones I have on their are real quiet and enjoy the service, while others find anything to complain about.

Simple solution:Anytime you must deal with an issue that involves more than 1 cent of your time, can them. Beggars should never be choosy! Certainly not when you have the power to make them disappear..
I think all your reasonable users recognize you are providing this service on an 'at will' basis. When 'Will' makes noise they should know what to expect. No more Mr. Nice Guy!
