Just received it today and won't work right off the bat

I'm getting this error when I'm trying to setup my account:

(I think the 8 digits number is my code, not sure)

And so I can't even start anything. I tried setting up my router as DMZ open, didn't change anything. Sigh...

Anyone know what I should do now? Doesn't start well...

Just a small update to say that after a good 30 mins to trying, it finally asked me to register and it finally works!
