Problem installing MJ on WYSE V90 TC 512MB F and 1GB RAM

I increased RAM to 1GB and upped the MS-RAMDRIVE (Z) to 64 MG as instructed on WYSE KB: Solution 10156: Windows XPe - How to customize the Ramdisk.
And changed the Enviorment Varibles as instructed in Wyse KB: 10687
But still cannot get MJ to install - I get error: MJ cannot connect to Internet but I have IP address and can access internet and ping sites - firewall is off - no AV installed.
Can anyone help me? Also Why does MJ use 2 drives when installing?
I may drop the WYSE and go with HP T5710 as I am reading on these forums this is the more popular TC.
