Last time shop worked on my computer the re-install Mj as less than pleasant.
Orignally ther were two mj icons (softphone graphic) they changed to lettered usb drives -
I don't want to loose the numbers - what files should I copy ? backup ? remajic jack in case shop

Those icons mean nothing, Some may have a pretty small pic of a MJ softphone and others may have CD Drive etc depening on the generation of your MJ, In your case most likey a 3rd Gen. As far as keeping your phone numbers safe well do what they did for 100's of years!, Write them down in a book. aka a telephone book
BTW: Older MJ's show two drives in Computer Drives, Only the 4th Gen ONLY shows one drive in there. If a pretty icon or not does'nt matter as long as the device works.

Since you didn't type your message in English, at least not one I can understand, I THINK this is what you are asking for...
Since early last year MJ now keeps our contacts on their server, so there is nothing on our PC you can back up..
Log into your MJ account at my.magicjack.com, click on the contacts tab and then you can export your contact list..
