need to subscribe

i purchased magic jack in 2009 and relocated with our furnishings in storate. I need to renew subscription and I've forgotten user name and password. I've registed with this Magic Jack unofficial support forum but I need to be able to use Magic Jack now. Please help.

If you know the phone # and/or email associated with your magicJack then go to my.magicjack.com and click on the "Remind me By Email" button and you should be able to get your password back so that you can renew your subscription.

thank you but it appears I must have the old email address, which I don't have. What can I do with just the telephone number associated with the magic jack, our ld number, if anything?

All you can do at this point is to contact MJ online chat support and see if they can help you with the info you currently have. However I would not hold my breath....
