Message: "sorry you enter an invalid destination number

Post by PaulWr »

From eight days do not work any connection with Europe ... immediately after dialing the number I get a message: "sorry you enter an invalid destination number, please try again later".
All other calls, including Canada work normally.
In each chat (already four times) I get to ensure that my problem has been reported to Higher Depertment or Engineers and to ensure that the problem will be removed and they will send via e-mail notification for that matter.
Every conversation ends with - of course - apologizing for the temporary inconvenience and immediate removal of the problem but nothing changes and no information by the e-mail was never sent.
Anyone had a similar problem ?
Is there any other contact to the "service" of MJ and report this matter to people directly involved in the removal of technical problem or just the chat, which besides promises and wasting time nothing can be achieved ?

Try emailing [email protected]. Of course it is not DAN himself but myself and others seem to get a better response that way. Make sure your email is as detailed as possible about your problem
