Error 3 can not connect to the internet Advice

Recently, after months of working properly, my mj started giving me Error 3 please connect to the internet. No changes were made to firewall, antivirus, etc. Out of the blue, just stopped connecting. Turned firewall, antivirus, etc. off. Still would not connect. Would download contacts, but no dial tone. MJ support was no help. I installed the same mj on a "clean" computer and it connected just fine. That's when it hit me. I, like many here, had to block some IP addresses using the route command in order to get rid of my 'choppy' voice problem. Like many others, I made these a persistent block. Turns out, one of these blocks must have changed recently. I started deleting them one at a time. When I got to 67.90.16.6 the mj connected right up. Problem solved. Just thought it might save some other user grief in the future.

If you did, uninstall it. That solved this problem for me.
