calls from parked number forwarded to magicjack

So I parked my old landline number with family-phone's "Park My Phone" service which is about $10/month.
They also forward all calls made to the landline to the magicjack number.

Worked beautifully for about 2 weeks. Now whenever someone calls my landline number they get no ringback for a good 10-15 seconds.

Basic troubleshooting I've done: 1.Changed usb root hub power settings to never disable
2. Reseated magicjack (not using dongle; connected to phone)
3. Contacted family-phone and they ensured it was not on their end.
4. Replaced phone cord

Very frustrating, people hang up b/c they think the call is not going through... :/ Any help would be much appreciated thanks in advance!
